This drawing was a labor of love. I worked on it on and off for a couple of months. I felt lead to do this drawing to shine a light on mental health awareness. This is definitely out of the norm of what I usually draw but we all probably know someone, or ourselves, who struggles and feels hopeless. Find someone to talk to, don't give up. There is hope.
The original drawing is a 16x20, charcoal and color pencil.

I have been doing traditional paintings and traditional drawings my whole life. I paint mainly with acrylics and love drawing with graphites and color pencils. I also am a photograper and do digital art to. I have won numerous awards throughout my life for my artworks. I am also self taught and have picked up a few tips here and there over the years.
